1.To liaise with customers on all technical and quality related feedback, including customer complaints and waiver request.
2.To analyze returned products and liaise with internal staff on implementation of effective corrective and preventive measures for all customer feedback/rejects.
3.To work with sales and /or Corporate on all customer communication to achieve Total Customer Satisfaction.
4.To maintenance data and inputs that CCN required.
5.To implement system to meet ISO/QS9000, TL9000 standard on customer requirements and customer related communication
Requirements:
1.At least 2 years experience in PCB process quality control area.
2.Good command of English.
3.Good interpersonal skill and report writing skill.
4.Other skills: Microsoft excel,words etc.
